Using your FlexRing
Where on the body can I use it?
It's designed for the arms, legs, waist and back. Don't use it on your head, neck, face or on broken or irritated skin.
How long should I use it?
10–15 minutes per session is plenty. Start on a low intensity and increase if you'd like.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 30 minutes per full charge. It recharges in about 2 hours with the included USB cable.
How do I clean it?
Turn it off and wipe it with a slightly damp cloth. Don't submerge it in water.
Is it a medical device?
No. The FlexRing is a personal massager for relaxation. It isn't intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition, and it won't cause weight loss. If you're pregnant, have a pacemaker or have a health condition, ask your doctor before using it.

Shipping is free on every order, with tracking included.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated 10–15 business days after your order ships. You'll receive your tracking number by email once your order ships.
How do bundle savings work?
Add 2 FlexRings to your cart to save 14%, or 3 to save 24%. The discount applies automatically at checkout, and you can mix colors.

Can I return my order?
Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. See our return policy for details.
