These Terms of Service apply to your use of the LOOPA online store and your purchase of products through it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Store and pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout where required. We may correct obvious pricing, description, or availability errors before accepting or fulfilling an order.
Orders
An order is subject to acceptance, payment authorization, product availability, and applicable fraud or security checks. We may decline or cancel an order where permitted by law, including in cases of suspected fraud, material pricing errors, or inability to fulfill the order. If we cancel a paid order, the payment will be refunded.
Payments
Payments are processed through Shopify and available third-party payment providers. Their services may be subject to additional terms and privacy practices.
Products and responsible use
LOOPA products are personal relaxation massagers. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Follow the included instructions, do not use on broken or irritated skin, and consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or have a medical condition.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with store security or operation, use the store for unlawful purposes, or infringe the rights of LOOPA, Shopify, or others.
Intellectual property
Store content, branding, text, graphics, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws to the extent they are owned by or licensed to LOOPA or its service providers. You may use the store for personal shopping purposes but may not reproduce or exploit protected content without permission.
Third-party services and links
The store may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment providers, carriers, fulfillment providers, or other third parties. Those third parties may have their own terms and policies.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the store and products are provided subject to the descriptions and policies presented at the time of purchase. We do not exclude or limit warranties, guarantees, remedies, or liability that applicable consumer law does not permit us to exclude or limit.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on the store and will apply prospectively as permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer-protection law of your state applies and cannot lawfully be excluded.
