1. Overview

This online store is operated by LOOPA ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our store or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Refund, Shipping and Privacy policies. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

2. Products

LOOPA products, including the FlexRing, are personal relaxation massagers. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Please:

Don't use the product on your head, neck, face, or on broken or irritated skin.

Talk to a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or have a medical condition.

We try to display product colours and images accurately, but your screen may show them slightly differently.

3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Shipping is free, and any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. We may correct pricing, description or availability errors before an order is accepted or fulfilled. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners

4. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may decline or cancel an order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, a pricing error, or if we can't fulfill it. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.

5. Bundle Discounts and Promotions

Bundle savings apply automatically at checkout. Discounts can't be combined unless we say so, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time without affecting orders already placed.

We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times shown are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for details.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which offers a 30-day return window on unused items in their original packaging.

8. Your Account and Information

You agree to provide accurate information when ordering. We handle your personal information according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not use this store for unlawful purposes, try to gain unauthorized access, interfere with how it works, or copy its content for commercial use.

10. Intellectual Property

All store content, including the LOOPA name, logo, text, images and design, belongs to LOOPA or its licensors. You may not reproduce it without our written permission.

11. Third-Party Services

Our store uses services from Shopify, payment providers and shipping carriers. Their own terms and policies apply to those services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LOOPA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our store or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. This does not limit any warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under consumer-protection law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated version is posted.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer-protection law of your state requires otherwise.
