Where on the body can I use it?
It's designed for the arms, legs, waist and back. Don't use it on your head, neck, face or on broken or irritated skin.
How long should I use it?
10–15 minutes per session is plenty. Start on a low intensity and increase if you'd like.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 30 minutes per full charge. It recharges in about 2 hours with the included USB cable.
What's in the box?
1 FlexRing massager, 1 USB charging cable and 1 user manual.
How do I clean it?
Turn it off and wipe it with a slightly damp cloth. Don't submerge it in water.
Is it a medical device?
No. The FlexRing is a personal massager for relaxation. It isn't intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition, and it won't cause weight loss. If you're pregnant, have a pacemaker or have a health condition, ask your doctor before using it.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery to Canada is estimated at 7–12 business days, with tracking included. Shipping is free on orders of $75 or more.
Can I mix colours in a bundle?
Yes. Pick a colour, add it to your cart, then come back and add another colour. Bundle savings apply automatically once you have 2 or more in your cart.
